Funky Friday Challenge

Apologies for being a few hours late with this posting.

Today has been hectic. Toby's new teacher is a lovely lady, the only sad thing is that he is not in the same class as his best friend.

I have just returned for a girl's birthday party - my first teenage one - they were very well behaved and I even got to use Kirsteen's "1,2, 3 eyes on me" - said in a firm voice of course. I am enjoying a well deserved glass of vino whilst typing this - so apologies for any spelling mistakes!

Tomorrow night I am out again to a birthday party with a 70's / 80's disco theme so i get to dust of my Madonna outfit again, but I may add my roller skates (of course take a change of shoes once the alcohol starts to flow!). May put up pictures then again maybe not.

Back to business.

My in-laws were visting recently so I ask my MIL to chose 4 colours one from each colour family for the colour challenge.

She chose Orchid Opulence, Cameo Coral, Taken with Teal and Sage Shadow. It is afterall a challenge and I was surprised when i got my cardstock samples out that the colours look really good together. Abbie added the choc chip and white and the "use at least 3 condition". I am glad of this as I used choc chip.

Here is my card. I really think that Pocket Silhouettes is such a versatile set.
SUPPLIES
Stamp Set: Pocket Silhouettes
Cardstock: Whisper White, Taken with Teal, Chocolate Chip
Ink: Sage Shadow, Orchid Opulence, Cameo Coral
Accessories: Chocolate Chip grosgrain ribbon.

Probable enough ramblings for one night.

Thanks for stopping by.
